These sessions are guided mindfulness sessions suitable for beginner to advanced practitioners. Learn the practice of mindfulness and feel the benefits. Mindfulness is an important skill that helps nurture a healthy mind. A variation of different mindfulness techniques will be taught each session, including mindful eating, mindful breathing, mindful sensing, muscle mindfulness, mindfulness of space, mindfulness of concepts, mindful movement, and mindful imagery.
