Mindfulness is sweeping the Western World, and for good reason. The practice has been around for thousands of years, with its physical and mental health benefits not being widely publicized and backed by science.
At its heart mindfulness is a simple form of meditation, which can be practiced anywhere at any time! These sessions are guided mindfulness including a variety of techniques such as mindful breathing, mindful sensing, muscle mindfulness, mindful imagery, and mindfulness of space.
What ages is this class suitable for?
These sessions are suitable for ages 12+

Free to the local community. Spaces are limited so please register your attendance with a free ticket to avoid disappointment.
