Peer-led group to share and converse with others around mental health topics, treatments, and strategies to improve wellbeing.
An informal night where community can come together, express, share and discuss mental health topics. This is a night where we can learn from each other and share our lived experiences to improve our well-being through engagement and belonging. We will dive deep together and share the journey. This will include a range of professionals hosting various mental health topics and TED talk evenings where we can sit back, share some popcorn and bounce ideas off each other.
