An event every week that begins at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, happening 8 times

The life skills for wellbeing group is a semi-structured life skills group that aims to decrease social isolation, enhance self-esteem, and provide information and skills development around mental health.

Over eight sessions the following areas will be addressed:

  • General mental health
  • Emotions
  • Communication
  • Problem-solving and goal setting
  • Relationships
  • Domestic violence


This is a closed group. Please ensure you have registered before the first session on the 28th July. 


Do I need to attend all the sessions? 

We prefer that you attend all sessions. Please contact us if you are unable to attend all sessions.

What to bring?

An open mind, heart, and attitude are essential. FremantleMind Inc. will provide all the materials required for each session.

How much?

Free to the local community. Spaces are limited so please register your attendance with a free ticket to avoid disappointment.

Do I need to do anything before attending?
