Mindfulness is sweeping the Western World, and for good reason. The practice involves focusing attention and being in the moment. Mindfulness has been around for thousands of years, with its physical and mental health benefits now widely publicised and backed by science. At its heart, mindfulness is a simple form of meditation, which can be practiced anywhere at any time!
Our guided mindfulness sessions are suitable for beginner to advanced practitioners. A variation of mindfulness techniques are taught each session including mindful eating, mindful breathing, mindful sensing, mindfulness of space, mindfulness of concepts, mindful movement and mindful imagery techniques.

What to bring?
An open mind, heart and attitude are essential. Anything required for the mindfulness exercises will be provided on the day.
Free to the local community. Spaces are limited so please register your attendance with a free ticket to avoid disappointment.
