Mindfulness is sweeping the Western World, and for good reason. The practice involves focusing attention and being in the moment. Mindfulness has been around for thousands of years, with its physical and mental health benefits now widely publicised and backed by science. At its heart, mindfulness is a simple form of meditation, which can be practiced anywhere at any time!
These sessions are guided mindfulness sessions suitable for beginner to advanced practitioners. Learn the practice of mindfulness and feel the benefits. Mindfulness is an important skill that helps nurture a healthy mind. A variation of different mindfulness techniques will be taught each session, including mindful eating, mindful breathing, mindful sensing, muscle mindfulness, mindfulness of space, mindfulness of concepts, mindful movement, and mindful imagery. Introductory workshop and regular sessions to enable a range of techniques to be practiced.
