The Gift of Trauma-Informed Yoga

An event every 2 weeks that begins at 7:00 pm on Thursday, happening 5 times
An all-levels vinyasa flow class facilitating opportunities for meditation, mindfulness, stretching, a physical sequence, and relaxation. This is a trauma-informed yoga class and therefore is supportive of individuals with and without an experience of trauma.

What to bring?
An open mind, heart, and attitude are essential. A water bottle is highly recommended. Please wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in.
Yoga mats and props (as required) are supplied. All equipment is thoroughly cleaned after each session to ensure the safety of all attendees.
Free to the local community. Spaces are limited so please register your attendance with a free ticket to avoid disappointment.
