Youth Life Skills for Wellbeing

An event every week that begins at 4:00 pm on Thursday, happening 8 times

The youth life skills for wellbeing group is a semi-structured group that aims to decrease social isolation, enhance self-esteem, and provide information and skills development around mental health.

Over eight sessions the following areas will be addressed:

  • General mental health
  • Emotions
  • Communication
  • Problem-solving and goal setting
  • Relationships

This is a closed group. Please ensure you have registered before the first session on the 29th July. 

 

Do I need to attend all the sessions? 

We prefer that you attend all sessions, as they build on knowledge gained in the previous session. Please contact us if you are unable to attend all sessions.

What ages is it suitable for?

These sessions are suitable for ages 12+

The FremantleMind Inc. Hub @ 3 Beach Street, Fremantle

What to bring?

An open mind, heart, and attitude are essential.

How much?

Free to the local community. Spaces are limited so please register your attendance with a free ticket to avoid disappointment.

Do I need to do anything before attending?
