Emma is a Provisional Psychologist and Counsellor. She is dedicated and committed to helping others achieve their greatest human potential by enabling individuals to empower and fulfil all seven areas of their lives (spiritual, mental, vocational, financial, familial, social, and physical).

Emma has worked throughout Western Australia, Queensland, Sydney, and Melbourne and undertakes regular training in the latest therapy techniques. She has completed her Honours in Psychology and is undertaking her Master of Applied Psychology (Professional) in 2019.

Emma considers herself to be a ‘person in progress’, constantly evolving and open to growth. Her approach is compassionate, non-judgemental and understanding with much of her work believing in the power of the individual and their own unique gifts that we sometimes simply forget throughout the course of our lives and during challenging and often limiting circumstances.

Emma specialises in individual based therapy, self-esteem boosting, re-programming the mind, relationship therapy and working with children through personal struggles of anxiety and depression. Emma delivers workshops around mental health, self-care, values, and mindfulness.
